A body-based approach to lasting change.

Anxiety, trauma and old patterns don't only live in the mind, they live in the body too.

The Approach.

Somatic work brings the body into the conversation.

A lot of what drives our patterns lives below conscious awareness, held in the nervous system and the body.

Sessions are collaborative and trauma-informed, combining evidence-based talk therapies with breath, movement, and somatic observation.

The direction we take is informed by what's present for you as we work towards transformative change.

Hi, I’m Jordan.

Mental Health Social Worker

Somatic Psychotherapist

Performing Arts Wellbeing

I work with people carrying things they haven't been able to shift on their own, anxiety, depression, disconnection, difficulties in relationships, parts of themselves that feel stuck or out of reach. I offer a safe, therapeutic space, committed to supporting people towards greater freedom and healing.

I draw on Focussed Psychological Strategies and a range of evidence-based approaches, alongside Radix, a body-based therapy that works with breath, movement and awareness to access what talking alone doesn't always reach.

I also offer performer-specific therapy that addresses the particular pressures of that life: the exposure, the uncertainty, the relationship between creative work and self-worth. My approach integrates somatic and body-based methods with more than fifteen years working in theatre and film.

I'm a mental health social worker and somatic psychotherapist based in East Melbourne and online. I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). My practice is queer-friendly and non-judgemental.
